FC Bayern Munich: Lewandowski's change wish? Ex

The transfer thrust around Robert Lewandowski continues: Now the Poland's ex-consultant has spoken out.

Maik Barthel, who once organized the change of the striker from Borussia Dortmund to FC Bayern Munich, has only irony for his former protégé with regard to his desire to switch to FC Barcelona.

Barthel reminded Twitter that Lewandowski had actually only had the goal for Lewandowski for a long time. "You want your whole life to Real Madrid, maybe later land at FC Barcelona?" He wrote on Monday on Twitter followed by a simple as well as ambiguous: "OK".

Lewandowski and Barthel had worked together until the end of 2020 before the paths separated.

In the meantime, Pini Zahavi represents the interests of the 33-year-old and sometimes very polarizing. It was only on Sunday that Bavaria's sports director Hasan Salihamidzic complained about Zahavi's procedure, who then countered the allegations on Monday.

Lewandowski had recently significantly signaled to leave FC Bayern. So far, the record champion has referred to the contract that is still valid for a year and rejects a transfer in summer. FC Barcelona is said to have now deposited a first offer of over 30 million euros.

It is generally expected that the hickhack around the Poles could extend a few weeks, if not months.
